Cross Pens is an iconic American writing instrument and luxury goods brand. It was the gift of choice in the 1980s and then came personal computers and the brand struggled and lost it’s way. I worked with the marketing and brand teams to reinvigorate the brand.
Earlier in my time at Cross as a designer and later promoted to senior designer I worked on a wider range of projects. These included: animating digital ads and billboards, designing landing pages and graphics for cross.com, email campaigns, advertising campaigns, product catalogs, direct mail pieces, campaigns for the brands social media channels, trade-show booths, in-store graphics, and materials to support the sales team. I also oversaw translations of all materials in 5 languages for global use, and managed vendors and attended press checks, as well as directed product and lifestyle photoshoots.
